The malpractices of the village chiefs in collaboration with the mercenary clergies is not recognized in Islam as Fatwa.

“ We have not seen the full text of the controversial verdict of the High Court regarding Fatwa. But it appears to be a result of international conspiracy which can be read from the applause with which the local mercenaries of the international enemies of Islam have greeted the verdict of the High Court. In the past military ruler of Pakistan General Ayub Khan had tried to implement Muslim Family Ordinance which was drafted by an atheist named Fazlur Rahman under the dictate of the international enemies of Islam. Pious Muslims of the nation led by Hazrat Shamsul Haque Faridpurir @ Sadar Saheb Huzur (Peace be upon him) had rejected that black ordinance at that time. Because the mercenaries of the international enemies of Islam have been ruling this nation till date, those black ordinances still exist in papers. RESOLUTIONS OF THE EXECUTIVE COMMITTEE OF HARKATUL KHELAFAT

3-day long meeting of the Central Executive Committee (Majlish-e-Amela) of Bangladesh Hrkatul Khelafat (Bangladesh Khelafat Andolon) has ended. Meeting of the Central Committee was presided over by the Supreme Leader of the organization and Rector of Jamiah Nooria Madrasa Ameer-e-Shariah Hazrat Shah Ahmadullah Ashraf. It was conducted by Secretary-General Maulana Muhammad Zafar Ullah Khan and attended by the members of the Central Committee including Shaikhul Hadis Maulana Solaiman Nomani, Mohaddes Maulana Sajedur Rahman Faijee, Mr. Anisur Rahman Jinnah, Mr. Azam Khan, Kazi Azizul Huque, Maulana Mujibur Rahman Hamidi, Maulana Saiful Islam, Maulana Munir Hossain Chowdhury, Maulana Muzaherul Islam, Mr. Muhammad Jamal Uddin and Maulana Abdul Hamid.

The meeting discussed in detials the situation arising out of the verdict of 2 heretic judges of Bangladesh High Court against FATWA (Religious Decree of Islam). Members of the Central Committee expressed their firm determination to defeat the heretics at all costs. They were of the opinion that the movement against the 2 heretic judges of Bangladesh was originally a religious movement. But the ruling government of Bangladesh instead of removing the judges pormoted the main culprit to Appellate Division of the Supreme Court and patronized the anti-Islamic NGOs and incited patry cadres of the ruling party Awami League and the Government Police and security forces to attack and oppress the Islamic Clergy, Madrasa Students and Islamic institutions. The slave local media obedient to the foreign masters of the anti-Islamic NGOs engaged themselves in smear campaign agianst the Islamic Clergy and activists. Thus the movement has turned into a political movement determined to oust the heretic ruling government of Bangladesh.

The meeting adopted following RESOLUTIONS :-

1. We are determined to continue our current movement against the heretic judges of Bangladesh Supreme Court.

2. We advise all the Imams(prayer leaders), Muazzins(caller to prayer), Hafez (clergy who has memorized the Quran), Quari (clergy who recites the Quran in correct phonetics), Musallis (who attend the 5 time daily prayers) and all faithful believer Muslim men and women to continue KUNUT-E-NAZELA (special Islamic ritual prayers agsinst enemies) until oppression ends and heretics are defeated.

3. Ulema and Mashaikh (Islamic Clergy and Spiritual Leaders) of all school of thoughts are urged to discharge their respective obligations as the viceroy of Prophet Muhammad (peace be upon him) and participate actively in the current movement against the heretics.

4. We express our determination to compel the ruling government to release from jails all leaders, activists and commoners who have been imprisoned by the government during the current movement including the Dhaka City Amir of Harkatul Khelafat Maulana Abu Zafor Quasemi, Gazipur District Amir of Harkatul Khelafat Dr. Ramzan Ali, City Leader of the Student Front of Harkatul Khelafat Mr. Khaled Saifullah, Leaders of Islami Oikkyo Jot Mufti Fazlul Haque Amini, Shaikhul Hadis Maulana Azizul Haque, Mufti Izharul Haque, Mr. A.R.M. Abdul Matin and others.

5. We strongly condemn and express our resentment against the attacks of the ruling party armed hooligans and police inside the Mosques and Madrasa (Islamic Institutions).

6. We demand punishment for those culprit members of the police and their commanders and masters who violated sanctity of the National Baitul Mukarram Mosque and other mosques in Mohammadpur area of Dhaka city.

7. We demand capital punishment for those members of police and ruling party hooligans who kicked with their boots the shelves with the Holy Quran when they ransaked the mosques and madrasa of Mohammadpur area of Dhaka City.

8. We strongly condemn the ruling government for its blatant lies and for defaming the nation by misinforming the foreign diplomats.

9. We call all the oppressed nations of Asia, Africa and Latin America and the deprived underprivileged communities of Europe and America to unite together to break the sanctions of the Zionist controlled United Nations and of the West against TALEBAN, IRAQ, LIBYA & SUDAN.

MESSAGE TO THE LEADER OF IRAN

Assalamu Alaikum. We have decided to communicate to the Faithful Muslims of Iran through you about our pleasure and appreciation of your steadfast handling of the so-called "liberals" who chose to be the tools of "Shaitan-e-Buzurg", and who subscribe the ideas, culture and lifestyle promoted by the atheist/materialist media, organizations & governments of Europe & America.

On this occasion we remember what Allah has ordered us to do:-

The Holy Quran, Sura No.9 i.e. Sura Baraat (or Tauba):-

Verse-24 "Say: If your fathers and your sons and your brethren and your mates and your kinfolks and property which you have acquired, and the commerce which you fear to decline, and the dwellings in which you delight - are dearer to you than Allah and His Apostle and than striving in His Way - then wait till Allah brings about His command; and Allah does not guide the transgressing people."

Verse-29 "Fight those who do not believe in Allah, nor in the Last Day, nor do they prohibit what Allah and His Apostle have prohibited, nor follow the Religion of Truth, out of those who have been given Book, until they pay tax with willing submission, and feel themselves subdued."

Verse-30 "And the Jews say: Uzair is the son of Allah; and the Christians say: the Messiah is the son of Allah; these are the words of their mouth; they imitate the saying of those who disbelieved before; may Allah destroy them; how they are turned away!"

Verse-31 "They have taken their doctors of law and their monks as their lords besides Allah, and (they take as their lord) the Messiah the son of Miriam, while they were enjoined that they should serve One God only, there is no god but He; far from His Glory be what they set up (with Him)."

Verse-32 "They desire to put out the light of Allah with their mouths, and Allah will not consent save to perfect His light, though the unbelievers are averse.

Verse-33 "He it is Who sent His Apostle with guidance and with the Religion of Truth, that He might cause it to prevail over all religions, though the polytheists may be averse."

The values of "Doa-i-Wahdat" and of the UNITY WEEK which Iran had introduced after the Revolution may still be useful for field works for securing adherence of all peoples to the Cable of Allah (Hablillah).

We invoke the Blessings and Forgiveness of Allah. May Allah enable the Ummah and those at its helm to discharge due obligations and be friend of the friends of Allah, and be the foe of the foes of Allah.

Dhaka, Friday 4th June 2004. On the call of Bangladesh Khelafat Andolon, today after Juma Prayer, demonstrators burnt US flag outside the North Gate of Baitul Mukarram National Mosque. People carried Black Flag protesting against US Defense Secretary Donald Rumsfeld's ensuing visit to Dhaka tomorrow. Heavily armed BDR (Bangladesh Rifles - border security forces) and police blocked both sides of the road and thwarted the attempt of the demonstrators to bring out and procession on the street.

Outside the North Gate of Baitul Mukarram National Mosque, demonstrators held rally presided over by Maulana Zafarullah Khan, Secretary General of Bangladesh Khelafat Andolon. The rally was addressed among others by Maulana Abu Zafor Quasemi, Maulana Muzibur Rahman Hamidi, Muhammad Abdur Rakib, Maulana Muhammad Hussein and Muhammad Fakhrul Islam.

Maulana Zafrullah Khan accused US Defense Secretary Donald Rumsfeld as a perpetrator of genocide and prison abuse in Afghanistan and Iraq. All circumstantial evidences clearly demonstrate that Donald Rumsfeld is the mastermind of cool-blooded extrajudicial killings, bombing of civilian areas, extreme maltreatment of POWs and gross violation of human rights. He is undoubtedly a War Criminal according to the values and standards set by the European and American cultures. If the Europeans and Americans have any respect for their own values and standards then it is their own obligation to put Rumsfeld to gallows.

He further warned the Bangladesh ruling government of dire consequences of welcoming Rumsfeld to Dhaka. If Bangladesh Government bends to US will and sends troops to Iraq or Afghanistan to work under the blood-thirsty US command, ruling government may suffer the fate of General Ershad who lost presidency after committing to send troops under US command in the pretext of liberating Kuwait.

Maulana Hamidi reiterated with firm faith that the great sacrifices of the Believers of Afghanistan and Iraq can not go in vain. US pride and might shall be trampled and the Divine Rise of Islam and Believers is inevitable. Whoever sides with the US hegemonies shall embrace his evil end. Maulana Quasemi - a key Ulema leader causing the downfall of previous Awami League regime - cautioned the present ruling elite of Bangladesh that they did not do a good thing by resisting procession of the demonstrators today. They are destroying themselves by aligning with the evil US Government.

Demonstrators called for showing black flag to Rumsfeld tomorrow to register their protest against US conspiracies to use Bangladesh forces for his evil end.

DETERMINATION TO UPHOLD THE WILL OF GOD

1. We are reading in the media analyses that Mr. Bush perceives his mission against Osama, Taleban and Saddam as a "religio-spiritual mission against evil".

2. Those who see Osama, Taleban and Saddam as evil - they in fact see God, the Holy Scripture The Quran, Holy Prophet Muhammad (Blessings of God be upon him) and the True Believers as evil. How God, His Scriptures, His Holy Prophets, His Faithful Believers can be evil?!!!

3. Mr. Bush seems to be an ill-fated Frankenstein who is ignorant of his God Who he wants to serve.

4. Mr. Bush represents the Euro-American materialism and vested interests which are inherently atheistic and which are anti-God, anti-Jesus, anti-Adam, anti-Prophet, anti-Scripture and anti-human.

5. Euro-American materialists do not believe that God created Adam & Eve (Blessings of God be upon them) as the origin of human species, and that the whole mankind irrespective of races is the progeny of Adam & Eve.

6. Euro-American materialists do not believe that God Revealed any Holy Scripture to His Prophets. Euro-American materialists believe that Moses, Jesus, Mohammad (Peace & Blessings of God be upon them) were simply wise men of their time and the Holy Scriptures they presented before their people were created by themselves - and not anything revealed to them by God - even if God really exists.

7. Almost all religious and ruling elites except hardcore Islamic spiritualists have more or less surrendered to western materialism. Even the papal authority in Vatican and the Muslim ruling elite of Saudi Arabia and Iran are trying to survive under the terms determined by the atheist Euro-American materialist vested interests. They seem to be more afraid of the physical powers of materialism than they are afraid of the Unseen Powers of God. Osama, Mollah Omar and Saddam Hussein have proved their true Faith and Allegiance to God. In fact they are like Jesus and Imam Hussein (Peace & Blessings of God be upon them) of our time.

8. Euro-American materialist atheists are today divided into 2 major divisions. Both agree that today no other religion and followers of Faith & Divine Scripture except Islam and Muslims pose any meaningful threat to Euro-American materialism and atheism .

8.A THE CRUDE MUSCLEMEN DIVISION of Euro-American materialism and atheism represented by today's US administration decided that crude physical force must be applied to finish the rising power of Islam & Muslims - any delay may make it impossible to finish them - so their desperate policy was "we do it now, otherwise we will never be able to do it".

8.B THE OTHER DIVISION which is more intellectual and hardcore atheist, thought that crude use of physical force unilaterally by US administration against Islam & Muslim would be very dangerous because that would drive the westernized Muslim elite to join the hardcore Islamic Believers, while through many decades of intensive efforts the Euro-American atheists created the so-called Westernized Muslim elite who were more or less useful to the West to continue western domination on Muslim societies. Without this westernized elite domination on Muslim societies would be impossible. They think that such a loss is going to be irreparable and devastating for Euro-American interests.

During recent decades this flank of intellectual & hardcore atheists of Euro-American materialism have been devising values, codes and institutions in the name of "democracy", "civil society", "human rights", "international laws", "international criminal laws", "international criminal court" etc., to permanently obstruct the implementation of the Laws & Codes of the Holy Scripture (The Quran) and of the Tradition of Prophet Muhammad (Peace & Blessings of God be upon him) in any state of the world. They wanted to oblige all member-states of UN to sign conventions and agreements to abolish "death sentence" (which is a Quranic Injunction) and to implement rights to adultery in the form of "live together", "gay rights" etc., which have been clearly described by the Quran as sinful acts and punishable offences. They wanted to strengthen United Nations to permanently contain Islam and Muslims.

10. The rise of Islam is irreversible. The more violently the enemies hit us, the quicker will be our victory. The Euro-Americans by hitting Afghanistan and Iraq have unknowingly helped Islam and the Faithful Believers to leap forward at least two centuries which we were lagging behind the Euro-Americans in will power, determination and objectivity. The future belongs to Islam and the Faithful Believers. The materialists have no future, neither in this world, nor in the Hereafter. IMPARTIAL INDEPENDENT INQUIRY NECESSAY TO DETERMINE WHETHER THE HANDS OF THE GLOBAL ENEMIES OF ISLAM & MUSLIMS ARE BEHIND THE START OF THE LATEST COMMUNAL VIOLENCE IN INDIA SOON AFTER MASS-MUDER OF MUSLIMS IN AFGHANISTAN.

The Emergency Meeting of the Central Executive Committee (CEC) of Bangladesh Khelafat Movement held today in its Head Quarter in Dhaka, expressed deep concern over the fresh start of Hindu-Muslim communal violence in India. CEC of Khelafat Movement in a resolution urged religious & political leaders, intellectuals, educationists, students and commoners of both communities to clean their heart from communal hatred and promote justice, humanity and fraternal relationship to each other.

In the resolution passed by Khelafat CEC in this regard, it was mentioned for public knowledge that the Founder of Bangladesh Khelafat Movement Hazrat Maulana Mohammadullah Hafezzee Huzur (Peace be upon him) taught Muslims to treat Muslims as “Religious Kin” and to treat Non-Muslims as “Racial Kin” since the whole Mankind is the progeny of the single pair parents i.e. Prophet Hazrat Adam and Hazrat Eve (Peace & Blessings of Allah be upon them). Faithful Muslims are obliged to propagate, establish and protect their religion acting within the principles of morality, ethics and humanity. Amir-e-Shariah Hazrat Shah Ahmadullah Ashraf Ibn Hafezzee Huzur and Secretary-General Maulana Muhammad Zafar Ullah Khan of Bangladesh Khelafat Movement in a Joint Statement has condemned bomb attack inside a Christian Church at Gopalgonj (Bangladesh). They said : “Our Lord Allah does not like destruction of ‘Monasteries, Churches, Synagogues and Mosques, in which the Name of Allah is commemorated in abundant measure’ (Ref: The Holy Quran : Sura Hajj No.22 : Verse No.40). Places of worship of the different communities including that of Muslims wherein the Name of Allah (God, the Almighty Creator) is remembered in abundance are covered by the relevant verse of the Divine Scripture The Holy Quran. Attacking holy places of worship of Almighty Creator is against Islamic principles. Therefore, no pious Muslim can commit such crime. It is unbelievable that any Momen (Faithful Muslim) is involved in the crime of bomb attack inside the Church at Gopalgonj. Such criminal act is punishable offence in Islamic Justice. The late founder of Bangladesh Khelafat Movement Hazrat Hafezzee Huzur (peace be upon him) described Muslims as our religious kin and Non-Muslims as our blood kin, since the humanity is the progeny of single pair of parents Hazrat Adam & Hazrat Hawa @ Eve (peace be upon them both). If true Islamic State is established, non-Muslim minorities shall enjoy higher security and protection than the Muslims. Under the present non-Islamic system of governance the vested interests are exploiting minority non-Muslims as gini pigs and are playing ducks and drakes with their life property and honor. We do not want to see communal riots in Bangladesh what has engulfed Indonesia under the conspiracies of CIA and MOSAD. It is necessary that the righteous people should unite themselves to save our countrymen irrespective of communities from the conspiracies of the vested interests. To foil the nefarious designs of the enemies of humanity we urge the Islamic leaders and the leaders of the non-Muslim Minorities to cooperate with each other and to have dialogues and contracts to ensure mutual security and progress of all communities.”

DEMONSTRATION IN PROTEST OF LATEST INDIAN BELLIGERENCY AGAINST BANGLADESH

Bangladesh Khelafat Movement today organized a demonstration in Dhaka City protesting latest Indian belligerency against Bangladesh.

At 9.30 a.m. demonstrators gathered at the South-West corner of Lalbagh Fort and marched towards Indian High Commission. Police first tried to stop the procession at Nilkhet. But after hustle were obliged to allow the demonstrators to proceed up to New Market Over Bridge from where a 3-member delegation comprising the Secretary General of Khelafat Movement Maulana Muhammad Zafar Ullah Khan, International Affairs Secretary Mr. Muhammad Anisur Rahman Jinnah and Jihad & Training Secretary Mr. Kazi Azizul Huque went to Indian High Commission by Special Police Jeep and handed over a Note Verbale to Mr. Chauhan, the representative of the Indian High Commission.

Demonstrators carried banners and chanted slogans condemning Indian Border Security Force’s incursion inside Bangladesh border and military build up along Indo-Bangladesh border. In brief meeting demonstrators were addressed among others by Secretary General Maulana Muhammad Zafar Ullah Khan, International Affairs Secretary Mr. Muhammad Anisur Rahman Jinnah, Jihad and Training Secretary Mr. Kazi Azizul Huque, Islamic Guidance Secretary Maulana Sajedur Rahman, Propagation Secretary Mr. Muhammad Azam Khan and President of Youth Khelafat Movement Maulana Mujibur Rahman Hamidi.

Maulana Muhammad Zafar Ullah Khan in his speech advised India to abstain from military adventurism against Bangladesh. He reminded Indian authorities to take lesson from the consequence of Soviet adventurism against Afghanistan.

Mr. Anisur Rahman Jinnah urged Indian Government to implement Indira-Mujib Pact and withdraw from all Bangladesh territory along the Indo-Bangladesh border.

Mr. Kazi Azizul Huque pointed out that Indian Union is already in a fragile state and is unable to contain freedom fighters in several states. He asserted that India would be dismembered if they resort to military aggression against Bangladesh.

Bangladesh is passing through a critical situation. Unscrupulous foreigners and locals have resorted to evils to destroy this independent Muslim state by

(1)creating pretext for foreigners to land their soldiers in Bangladesh
(2)dividing the Muslims of Bangladesh between Hanafi & Ahl-e-Hadis
(3)inciting hatred against those Muslims(followers of Sufi Tariqa) who visit Mazars & shrines

In similar way Pakistan has been in serious crisis where Sunnis and Shiites are fighting each other.

We urge your honor to do the needful to ensure that the so-called "Islamic Militants" in Bangladesh led by self-styled "Shaikh" Abdur Rahman and his party “Jamatul Muzahideen Bangladesh (JMB)” do not get any support from any organization or individual of KSA and GCC.
